A viewing today meant housecleaning in the morning and wandering the neighbourhood all afternoon. It's funny how slowly time passes when you're waiting and wanting to simply be at home. No offers yet though, hopefully soon.
Thinking about home, trying to prepare for a modest student lifestyle again, I've been reading some blogs on minimalist living - paring down to just the essentials. While I couldn't be an extreme minimalist with less than 100 possessions (I love my cameras, books and music too much for that), Andrew Hyde's Extreme Minimalism, Danny's Simplify Your Life and Zen Habits have caught my attention. There's always room for less clutter! And here is a handy blog post by Joshua Becker to get started.
Speaking of cameras, the photo above is an experiment, it's my Canon DSLR with a plastic
Diana lens. I love how reminiscent it is to my older pinhole
photos.
